Hello again, and welcome, we are well into the year now, the year of 2025, vibrationally a year of finishing projects, life cycles, patterns and beliefs. It’s one where you listen to your heart, and do what it is calling you to do.
I thought I’d reach out as connection is really important when life around us is constantly changing, it is important to have support around us, to reflect, understand, and make sense of an ever changing world.
It’s also important to calm your nervous system, which is what Reiki is perfect for doing, helping humanity to be in a calm place.
When the world and life around us is changing so fast, my teachings are to breathe into your heart, meditate and be in the internal stillness as much as possible. It is in this place where you can find the solace of your soul, where you can find the answers to your questions, and to remind your being that this peaceful place, is how life is meant to be.
It is achievable. As you are aware, one has to give oneself the commitment of at least five minutes meditation each day, to rewire the neural pathways to help the body to remember that place.
I also, have had changes again, with my room, and am feeling settled for now. I am back at my lovely room (as pictured) in Warburton, beside my home. I love the vibration of this room and have missed it a lot.
With this move it means I have more days to offer you Reiki or spiritual healing, and my teachings.
can now offer services on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday’s.
