In 2023, I wrote a book called Rise Above Life – Transform Stress, Anxiety and Depression, where I offer a range of tools and techniques to transform and identify your life’s essence. It is simple and easy to read, full of ideas and techniques to bring you to a place of inner peace, showing you the possibility that you can live your dream life.
Along with my mission and devotion to helping people, my other great love is travelling, especially near the beach. I grew up in Auckland, NZ, and I have fond memories of my childhood being close to the sea. Luckily for me, I now have the incredible opportunity to explore small parts of Australia, spreading the ideas from my book, with my Teraglide Car Camping and Kitchen Kit.
This kit is awesome, and I am so excited about it! I even have the honour of representing Teraglide, the NZ-owned family company that designs and manufactures it, by sharing my adventures on my social media: website blog page, YouTube channel, Instagram, and Facebook – do follow along!
My adventures will include visits to communities, neighbourhood gardens, and beaches. I’ll be sharing hidden secrets, travelling tips, and information about how my Car Kit is going. I will also be cooking with fresh ingredients I find along the way.
