Reiki I Classes

The beginning of a wonderful journey of self healing awaits you. 

I invite you to learn the sacred healing art of Reiki I with deep reverence.

Reiki I is the beginning of a healing journey, and an opening, into the world of energy healing of self and others, on many levels. Reiki works along side many other healing modalities, harmoniously. It is known for it’s ability to relax the parasympathetic nervous system, enabling deep relaxation and healing of the body through the emotional, spiritual, mental and physical aspects of self.

Over the weekend, you will learn the history, principles, and  foundations of Reiki. You will learn about your energetic body, how to connect with your angelic healing team. You will receive ‘attunements’ which is essential for Reiki level I training. These sacred ceremonies, conducted by your Reiki Master, open and align your chakras to the Reiki energy. Through this process, your ability to channel and transmit healing energy to yourself and others is enhanced, creating a profound transformation within you.

While Reiki I, is primarily a self healing journey, you will learn how to give Reiki safely to others. You will have hands on experience, to develop your intuition and sensitivities to the energy, and other people’s energies.

As Jennie learnt spiritual healing, in 2002, she brings forth her skills in this class so you also learn protection techniques, grounding and clearing techniques, which are commonly not taught in Reiki I. Jennie sees this as highly essential to all working with energy.

You will come away with the knowledge and skills to heal yourself, and heal others.

Reiki I will be offered on Saturday 29th and Sunday the 30th of November 10-4pm.

Includes a nourishing lunch, snacks and teas.

Reiki I manual, certificate included.

Exchange for Reiki level I is $550pp for the weekend teachings, nourishment, & certificate.

ABOUT JENNIE 

Jennie completed Reiki Masters in 2012.
Learning and integrating other energetic modalities into her healing services.
Jennie has been offering healing to the community since 2015, and teaching Reiki I and Reiki II since 2018.

In 2023 Jennie wrote a book called  ’Rise Above Life’ – Transform Stress, Anxiety and Depression, bringing forth many skills and techniques she has learnt over her own self healing journey, and with her clients.
